Ordering
To place a jewellery order with us, you may either order via our website, or by faxing/phoning/emailing us.
How to order
Ordering Online
- Go to our online catalogue on our website
- Browse through
our catalogue, adding items to your order (be sure to specify if you
want a specific size/colour, and if you are willing to substitute if
these aren't available)
- When you have finished choosing your items, click the View Order button in the top right corner
- Double check your order is correct, and click Finalise Order in the lower right corner
- Fill in your contact and postage details and click Send Order.
- Done! Your order is automatically emailed to us, and will be posted to you when we've completed it.
Ordering by Fax/Phone/Email
- Simply list the
code number of the items you want and quantity. If you want specific
sizes/colours, be sure to include this as well as if you are willing to
substitute if these aren't available.
- Make sure you include your contact and postage details, and send your order to:

If your order is a retail order or you are a new wholesale customer, we
will contact you regarding payment before posting your order. For
existing wholesale customers, please see terms & conditions on your
credit application form (available from the office or your nearest sales
rep).
